Description

We have Wood peckers (multiple at one time) working on the middle of the tree. dropping limbs, debris and other items on the sidewalk and cars. Has been happening for weeks. I have video as well. There is a special permit to remove this tree waiting to be signed. There was a sign on it. Please take it down before it damages my house, or someones car or and individual.
