Description
Though the tree appears healthy -it is grown to a size that it is seriously disrupting the sidewalk and sewer system -It also is beginning to structurally harm my building at 2822 Floyd -It is a safety issue with sidewalk elevated ,uneven,cracking and manhole cover has been displaced leaving 4 ft open drop which is very dangerous -I have called in past and was told they would contact arborist for assessment but nothing ever happens-I hope this request does not go unheeded -Thank you
