Description

Mature elm tree didn’t completely leaf out this spring and now a significant portion of the tree appeara to be dying or dead, with no leaves, brow leaves or sparse yellowing leaves on most of the canopy. The size and shape of this tree will pose a hazard to nearby houses should a windstorm cause branches to fall.
