Description
There have been two cars that went into the canal path at high in the past week. The pedestrian beacon has been knocked down twice in two months. There are thousands of pedestrians on this path daily. Traffic takes Dock to avoid Main and often reaches 60mph. PLEASE consider at the very least stop signs on dock every two blocks from 18th to Pear. This has become an absolute danger and needs to be addressed.
