Description
Requesting traffic speed bumps/humps installed on 4500 block of Leonard Parkway. Too m much vehicular traffic on a short residential street. This block is used as a cut through (primarily west bound) for traffic going to the traffic signal at Westmoreland Avenue and Patterson Avenue. The speeds and volume of the traffic is dangerous to residents of a .10 mile length street that is more narrow than average streets.
