Description

West Franklin Street between Westmoreland St to Chantilly - please, City of Richmond, take a drive down this stretch and see for yourself the condition of this road. Multiple pot holes. It has not been maintained to improve conditions at least since 2019, likely longer. The road is dangerous to travel on for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians. Many vendors (city and private) will avoid travel along this stretch of road due to likely damage to their service trucks and themselves. Dangerous.
