Description

Illegally dumped recycle bin. A couple of weeks ago a green city issued recycle bin full of non-recyclables was put out in the alleyway between Parkwood and Grayland Ave on the 2900 block. No neighbor is claiming the bin and the recycle and trash collection crews have left it untouched. How can we get this bin removed from the alley?
