Description
1900 block of Carter Street was paved yesterday and they made a ledge/lip that interferes with a wheelchair getting down the curb cut out and into the street in front of my property . I am disabled, and this will prevent me from leaving my property into the street without assistance. City Of Richmond had a great crew working on all the curb cut outs But now none of that will matter unless this paving company comes back and fixes the street at the bottom of the curb cut outs.
