Description

northern red oak I believe, planted by City, beside our driveway, gradually dying over past few years post repeated topping and trimming by Dominion Power contractors. ?oak wilt? We are comfortable leaving it if there is any chance of recovery, this season's leaves look good. We are requesting a non-urgent assessment and recommendation of whether it needs to be removed or not, and if removed what is best tree to replace (black gum?)
