Description
Cars continuously parked on roadway, sometimes in excess of 1-2 feet from grass impeding and presenting danger for 2 way traffic and driving conditions particularly in the evening. City recently put in large stones (on 6-6-2023) as deterrent but cars continue to park along roadway despite no parking signs and stones. Road is commonly used in daytime by Richmond Virginia water treatment facility trucks and larger city of Richmond vehicles. More signs or curb blocks are needed.
