Description
Sidewalk section had been replaced years ago with uneven asphalt. Beyond this section is a section where a large tree has overtaken the sidewalk and people have to walk around large root. That part of the sidwalk would need to be reconfigured to curve around root to not damage tree. Beyond that is another uneven asphalt patch.

- Staff · July 14, 2023This location has been inspected on 7/9/2023. 5x70 feet of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. Sidewalk is rising 2-6 inches, tree roots are overtaking sidewalk and asphalt patches are caving in. The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
