Description
Speed hump requested between hull and Lawson. Additional structures should be placed through Midlothian turnpike. Drivers routinely turn off of Hull and drive excessively fast through the neighborhood all the way through to Midlothian turnpike.

The focused approach to speed management considers speed tables on streets at least 1200’ in length. On streets below 1200' speed tables are not effective as the prevailing speeds are lower on short segments.
