Description
Old commercial restaurant dumpster is being used construction debris. It has been blocking the sidewalk for over a year. This has been report incorrectly through planning was not routed to ROW for the residents.

- Staff · June 7, 2023Good morning. An inspector has previously visited this location and spoken to the current business owner. The inspector visited the site again yesterday based upon this 311 service request and again spoke with the owner. The owner is to remove the dumpster from the sidewalk and place it on private property. If there is insufficient space on private property for the dumpster, the owner is to utilize super cans for garbage collection; the super cans to be placed on private property; the inspector will be making periodic checks of this location until the issue is resolved.
