Description
All day and night, GPS is directing truck drivers to turn at the tight intersections on Roanoke St. Returning the old "Truck 60" signs would alleviate this, directing trucks to continue east on Midlothian and Hull, turn right on E 21st St, left on Decatur, and left on Cowardin to Semmes. Westbound, Truck 60 signs should clearly be placed to turn south on Cowardin, then west on Hull and Midlothan. For trucks that continue on Semmes, they should be prohibited from turning left on Roanoke St.

- Staff · February 1, 2024After investigation, this is a designated truck route. Both intersections have been upgraded to hopefully address tight turn radii and help to alleviate some of the problems larger vehicles have traveling this route. Designated truck routes in this area will be revisited in the future.
