Description

Traffic coming westbound on Byrd St. towards 12th St., along the floodwall, has limited visibility of pedestrians walking south on 12th St.. We need a stop sign for westbound traffic on Byrd St., and a better marking for the crosswalk, in order to make the pedestrian crossing safe. Ideally, there would be pedestrian crossing sign also, visible to traffic in both directions.
