Description

Citizen reported large dead branches need to be removed from a tree. Citizen does not want to see the tree be taken down. Only remove the dead branches which appear to be a hazard.

    Citizen also reported low hanging branch that needs to be taken care of. He stated it is not broke but hanging low.
