Description

At foot of Powhite Parkway exit on W. Laburnum, there is a left turn lane that crosses Laburnum Ave to enter the Interstate Center business offices parking lot. Vegetation in the island prevents visibility of viewing oncoming traffic to the right. Bad accident today. Vegetation should be removed for a distance in order to provide safety in crossing.
