THERE IS A LINE HANGING DOWN FROM THE 2ND GARAGE BELONGING TO GRACE STREET HOME TO A POLE NEXT TO THE PARKING LOT ON THE ALLEY SIDE OF THE WILLIAM BYRD SOMEONE HAS TIED YELLOW CAUTION TAPE ON IT AND PUT A TRASH CAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ALLEY.
