Description
The pedestrian traffic signals by old collesium a cycling through where as before it only did when someone pushed button. It may be to help with traffic flow getting on to I95/64, but I noticed a near miss when a car didnt see need at stopping - no one there, no side street but other stopped. Could see this being an issue if drivers dont believe there is a reason to stop.
