Description
On Tuesday, May 30th at approximately 9:30 am, the trash people came to collect trash. I had placed both cans in the alley around 7:00 am this morning. Once the trash people had left, about 5 minutes later, I went to the alley to retrieve my cans. When I went to the alley only 1 can was left. I looked around and I didn’t see the 2nd one anywhere. I’ve paid to have the 2nd can and I shouldn’t have to pay because the city took it.
