    Response from Arborist: The low limbs near the driveway are from a private tree in the citizen’s own yard. There are a few small limbs hanging down in this stretch of right-of-way from the weight of the rain, but it’s more of a standard maintenance pruning that’s required than an emergency call. I was able to get my truck in and out without issue.
