Description

This is a heavily populated street on 3500 block of hanover ave with children playing on the street and disabled elderly but people constantly speed on it to get on/off expressway.

    Once motorists from the expressway start using Hanover Ave they have the all-way stop at Nansemond which is about 700’ away. DPW will plan to install a 25mph sign on Hanover Ave.
