    * The latest five-year crash history (from 1/1/2018 - 12/31/2022) revealed zero crashes for both intersections. * The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to pubic travel. Both intersections along Commonwealth Ave (Bromley and Franklin) do not meet the conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. * Transportation engineering division does not recommend installation of neighborhood traffic circle on these intersection per exist low traffic volume.
