Description
The trash can has a hole in the top and animals are getting into the trash. Can you please have trash collectors empty the recycling bin with trash because an animal got into the trash and someone picked up the trash and put it in the recycling can to get it out of the alley in error so recycle can has not been emptied due to trash in it and it is overflowing. This is my elderly aunt's residence and I am trying to assist her. Thanks!
