Description
Alley behind my house has giant potholes and standing water days after it rains. I am worried there might be a deeper issue because the holes started quickly this time after it was repaved. My neighbor next door had a water leak in the pipes behind their house. The issue and potholes behind my alley got worst after theirs was fixed. they don't get standing water anymore, but I do.
