Description
The City of Richmond broke a sewage line through negligence (they settled with my insurance company) in the alley. To fix this, a huge hole was dug, cutting many major roots of the two trees in the alley. I was told the city would come and remove them, since the city was at fault. This never happened, and now one tree is leaning dangerously, and the other tree is dropping large limbs. The workers told me that due to cutting so many major roots, the tree would cause danger if it wasn't removed.
