Description

Since Grove and Stafford intersection became a 4 way stop, people think that this one is too, and often run the stop sign or roll through it, which endangers cyclists and drivers on Floyd. A sign on the Stafford stop signs would help people understand it is NOT a 4-way stop intersection.

    Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) recommend to install "ALL-WAY’ supplemental signs only under each stop sign of an all-way stop controlled intersection. and NOT recommend to install supplemental plaques with legends such as 2-WAY, 3-WAY, 4-WAY, or other numbers of ways under stop sign.
