Description
A sizable limb extending over the intersection of Patterson Ave and Cleveland appears dead and cracking. Please see attached photos. The close up pictures of the cracks in the limb are the dead limb shown in the third picture. The tree limb death has progressed. I'm extremely concerned that this large limb could suddenly drop and result in significant physical injury. It's directly over a busy sidewalk. Please review the newest image. The bark has now started to peal off the limb. I'm afraid the bark will fall on a pedestrian and that the limb weakness will accelerate. Thank you.
