Description

There are a number of homes serviced by the back alley / Parking lot off Stafford Ave. We used to have 6 or so cans there and now there are only 3. I don't believe I ever registered for one when I moved in 4 years ago. I'm requesting more as the 3 there are filled consistently by other homes.
