Description
there is a trashcan at the bus stop adjacent to Stony Point Village shopping center. it has been overflowing for 3 weeks and animals have gotten into it. I picked up the trash and placed in a black trash bag and left it on top of the trash receptacle which is also full. please have someone remove the trash
