    * Engineering traffic study for N 22 bet W St and X St shows the 85th percentile speed is 29 mph. * The Department follows Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) guidelines for the installation of any physical traffic calming measures on City streets. Per NTMP physical traffic calming calming is not justified at this time.
