Description
When vehicles crest the hill at the Kenmore/Wilton intersection they typically let their cars coast which brings the speeds up and in excess of the 25mph and up to 30-35 mph. Either speed bumps or lowering the speed limit is requested. I We have spoken with multiple neighbors on the street and they all agree that speed humps, like the ones installed across the road during the sewer repair, would be ideal for the end of the street.

- Staff · January 12, 2024A map shows the concerned area for speeding is between Kenmore Rd and the dead end at about 650’. Richmond parcel mapper shows no more than twelve residential lots. Speed tables are not planned on this street section with no outlet. The statutory speed limit for residential streets is 25mph. My suggestion is to share your concerns about speeding with your neighbors.
