Description

Multiple raise panels of sidewalk on the Dooley St side of property at 3224 Ellwood Ave. The large trees have pushed up the sidewalk along the entire sidewalk from teh corner at Ellwood & Dooley to the alley. I've witnessed several people tripping on the raised panels. One woman fell to the ground.
