Description
Tree limbs and roots overgrown into private residence yard at 1410 Blair St, RVA 23220. Also tree roots have uplifted sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in the street. Also overgrown tree branches are being ripped off, falling on street and sidewalk, due to top of Riverview City Bus hitting the overgrown tree limbs.
