Description

There desperately needs to be a traffic calming assessment done on Cherokee Road. This is a very curvy road through an extremely residential area that has homes, churches and schools. We have had the speed tables put in but there needs to be stop signs and additional measures taken on Cherokee. Please please please help, this needs to be done soon.

    Cherokee Rd between Huguenot and Forest Hill is posted at 25mph and has two speed tables. We are currently not planning to install more speed tables. City Council also approved additional $200 fine signs for speeding and these are posted along Cherokee to help address speeding concerns.
