Description
Has the city ever considered fixing ANY of the alleys in the East End? I bottom my car out no matter how slowly I go and how much of an angle I use when exiting the alley behind my house. Feel free to ask my neighbors about that too. The lack of upkeep and respect for East End neighborhoods shown by this city is an embarrassment. You tout diversity and revitalization, but the extreme difference in the infrastructure of the West End versus the East End clearly shows your priorities are elsewhere.
