Description
How many times over how many years have we asked -- as a community, as individual residents, as neighborhood associations, as businesses, as schools and day cares -- for vehicle speed and pedestrian safety to be addressed on Jefferson Avenue from 21st to 25th streets? Are you actually waiting for someone to be hit? Or do they actually need to die? The massive discrepancy between the amount of attention and money spent on the west end to what this city has invested in the east end is appalling.
