Why don't you simply do a walk through of Union Hill and Church Hill and see how many times you trip and/or fall. The sidewalks up here are abominable and have been for many, many years -- at least 15, which is as long as I've lived in this neighborhood. This type of hazard is always a top priority for what is supposed to be a walkable, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. You finally want to make improvements to this long-neglected neighborhood? Why don't you start with the sidewalks?
