Description

Coming down Grove into the Libbie and Grove area drivers refuse to slow down to the speed limit. This is a high pedestrian area with shops and restaurants and should look into enforcing speed in these areas.

    The 2023 Google street view shows Grove Ave between Matoaka Rd and Three Chopt Rd with generally good coverage of 25mph signs westbound but plan to add some signs eastbound. Suggest you contact the Richmond Police Department on enforcing the laws.
