Description

Coming down Patterson into the Patterson and Libbie area drivers refuse to slow down to the speed limit. This is a high pedestrian area with shops and restaurants and should look into enforcing speed in these areas.

    Patterson Ave has good coverage of 25mph signs in each direction from the Willow Lawn Dr area to the St Christopher’s Rd area. Also enhanced $200 speed fine signs are installed along Patterson. Suggest you contact the Richmond Police Dept on enforcing the laws.
