Description
Lots of overflowing trash, ranging. It is consistently overflowing and covers the alleyway every single week. The trash blows all over the alley consistently, making the entire alley a trash alley--for an entire block sometimes. This is "tame." I see that there have been several complaints this year in the surrounding locations trying to resolve them; this has been going on for a year now. Why hasn't this been addressed more seriously? Please assist and at the minimum assign more trashcans.
