Description

This abandoned property was bought a few years ago, work was begun on renovation, and then stopped over a year ago. The yard is completely overgrown with vegetation over 12" and and windows are open in the house, allowing wildlife in. Trees and shrubs are encroaching on the sidewalk and it is not passable without stepping into the street and is not ADA compliant. I do not see any evidence of electricity on in the dwelling; it could be inhabitable even. At a minimum the owner should remove trees.
