- Staff · January 11, 2024The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. Belmont Ave between Floyd Ave and Grove Ave has a traffic circle at Floyd and a traffic signal at Grove. The distance between Floyd and Grove measures about 430’. Speed tables are not planned.
