Description

Something has to be done on this block between Victor and Custer on 3rd Ave. Cars are speeding through here, parked cars are getting HIT and hit/runs are occurring. Now the church is doing day care cars are still speeding and refusing to yield to traffic - pickups/drop offs at the church are occurring DAILY and its creating havoc. The city HAS to do something on 3rd Ave to protect the residents and their cars WHILE maintaining parking FOR RESIDENTS (not daycare/church - the church HAS a lot!
