Description

The sidewalk on the corner of the property isn't installed or is buried. This is the only one of its kind nearby and this is an area that gets foot traffic. The sidewalks along Commonwealth to Grove and Westmoreland to Grove have been replaced. This includes a few blocks in from Grove. Note: The photos show problem area and the adjacent sidewalk and how it should look.

This location has been inspected on6/1/2023. There was no existing sidewalk at this location. The City Of Richmond sidewalk maintenance program, only maintain locations with an existing sidewalk.
