Description

The sidewalk between 3919, 3921, and 3923 is impassible and in desperate need of repair. The sidewalks are uneven with a massage tripping hazard in two panels (outside of 3923 and 3919 Park). The sidewalk is uneven such that multiple people have tripped and fallen. Additionally, the rain water has created mud pools that accumulated around the sidewalks. The mud makes the sidewalk unusable at any time. Because of that people have walked around the muddy sidewalk, which creates more mud.
