Description
Going North and South on hermitage there are no left turn signs during peak traffic hours (ie: 4-6 PM). Going east and west on laburnum at the intersection, there are no signs telling drivers they can't turn left during peak traffic hours. At minimum these need to be added as traffic routinely backs up waiting for people to turn left off of laburnum during peak traffic hours.
