Description

Citizen states that she would like the trees and trim limbs to be cut down, the limbs has overgrown into her yard covering her windshield when she parked. The school bus driver can't see her daughter because the tree limbs has taken over the part of the street, they would have to stand in the street, her daughter has special needs.
