Description
This tree has been hollow for several years but had been green and not dropping limbs until the past few months. It is now showing rot in the bark and has no green this Spring. It is at the edge of the median of Oxford and a potential danger to the frequent walkers, bikers, strollers, neighborhood and Pony Pasture Park traffic.
