Description

I put in DPW000140654. The address is incorrect. The tree is in between 2804 and 2806 New Kent Ave. The tree is rotting at the trunk. There are several dead large branches similar in size to the one that fell on the car. It's a matter of time before another comes down, or the entire tree which is huge.
